Shipping

If you made a successful payment and received a confirmation email, then it is in progress and you will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• Ready to ship items: will ship in 3-7 days.

• Preorder items take 6-8 weeks approx. for me to make your piece.

If  you've waited patiently for the appropriate amount of time and you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, contact me via email.

Destierra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

We do not accept returns and once a purchase is made, it is considered final. Please review all photographs, measurements, and item descriptions before making a final decision to buy. All pieces are handmade, so it's normal to anticipate minor imperfections. 

If your piece arrives broken please email me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the broken piece. You will receive a full refund or replacement piece if replacement is possible.
